Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Prism in any capacity, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Prism. We'll update these terms occasionally; material changes go out by email and the date at the top of this page changes.
Service description
Prism is an operating system for business operators: a workspace plus a catalog of AI-powered modules (Forecast, Slide Deck Builder, Meeting Memory, Billable Narrative, and more). Three tiers exist:
- Free: three modules at meaningful caps, plus four-minute trials of every paid module.
- Pro: every module unlocked, your own subdomain, BYOK across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini.
- Enterprise: white-labeled, custom modules, dedicated support; quoted after a discovery call.
Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share credentials, even with teammates; Enterprise multi-user access is the supported path for shared use.
Subscription and billing
Pro is a monthly recurring subscription. It renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate downgrades — if you switch from Pro back to Free mid-cycle, no partial credit is issued, but you keep Pro until the period ends.
Stripe handles every payment. We never see your card number. Failed payments retry per Stripe's standard schedule; after seven days your account drops to Free until you update your payment method.
Acceptable use
Don't use Prism for any of the following:
- Illegal content or anything that violates local law where you operate
- Harassment, threats, or content targeting any individual or group
- Scraping, automated abuse, or attempting to overwhelm our infrastructure
- Reverse engineering or extracting our prompts, training data, or model behaviour
- Reselling Prism outputs as your own product without an Enterprise license
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We'll tell you why.
Your data
You own your inputs and outputs. Prism stores per-module data only as needed to provide the service (your transcripts in Meeting Memory, your voice profile in Content Studio, your saved scenarios in Forecast). Modules don't share data with each other automatically. We don't use your data to train AI models. The full handling of your data is in our Privacy Policy.
AI providers and BYOK
Pro and Enterprise users can connect their own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini keys. When you do, Prism forwards your prompts directly to your chosen provider with your key. Your provider sees the prompt; we never receive a copy of the completion through a separate channel.
We aren't responsible for your AI provider's pricing, downtime, rate limits, or content moderation decisions. If your provider has an outage, Prism walks your fallback chain automatically before falling back to our hosted defaults — but the chain is your configuration.
Refunds
Pro-rated refund within 14 days of your first payment if Prism isn't what you expected. Email us, no questions asked. After 14 days, cancel any time but no retroactive refunds; you keep access through the period you've paid for.
Service changes
Prism is actively developed. We add modules, change pricing on new tiers, and occasionally retire features. Material changes (price increases, removed modules you actively use, breaking API changes) go out by email at least 30 days in advance.
Termination
You can cancel any time. We can terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use rules above. On termination, we'll export your data on request within 30 days; after that, your data is purged from our systems per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Prism is provided as-is. We don't guarantee specific outcomes; AI output requires your review (see the [verify] markers we ship in the Hallucination Guard). Our maximum liability is capped at the total fees you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes go to North Carolina courts. If you're an international user, this means you're agreeing that any disputes will be resolved there.
